It is nearly the first CMAS autonomous diver level. You will be teached by monitor CMAS 3 STARS.
In 6 divings minimum you will learn : • To assemble, use and arrange your material.
• To control your buoyancy under water.
• To manage problems which may succed under water.
• To take a maximum of fun in the safest conditions. And in 2 theorical sessions, you willl be cope with : • To include/understand the phenomena which govern the diving.
• To include/understand your material.
• To include/understand what is the good diver attitude.
• This level enables you to diver with another graduated diver in the 15 depth meters zone.
Pre required :
Good health and physical condition.
Swimmer and be self confident in water.
